Refund & Return policy

Refunds for faulty items are assessed case by case, depending on length of time and amount of use of the product.

We are pleased to provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for your product(s) as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Kiddo lingo must be notified of items requested be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be return along with the details of purchase and original receipt/ order number.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including attached tags and labels.

Make sure to include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and any instructions or comments. Note that:

  • We will not reimburse postage costs for returned/exchanged products unless the product is defective, faulty, or we shipped the wrong item to you.
  • Before returning or rejecting a product, please notify us online. Do not dispose of the product without first receiving confirmation from kiddo lingo representative. If the product is faulty, we may ask for evidence of the issue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our guidelines.
  • We do not offer free return shipping. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Change of Mind

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after delivery to notify kiddo lingo and then return the product and get a full refund or exchange for something of equal value. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Faulty & Damaged

For visibly damaged products photos of the fault must be emailed to help@kiddolingo.co For faulty products we require a detailed video outlining the fault to receive a replacement or a refund. Once an item is replaced, we can no longer process any refunds or replacements for the same item.

Delivery Failure Due to Wrong Address

If your delivery is returned to sender due to incomplete address we require the customer to pay for the shipping costs to re-issue their item. Free Shipping is only granted one time per order. Therefore re-shipments made due address detail errors by the customer will be the customers responsibility to pay for their second round of shipping.

Order Cancellations 

If you decide to cancel your order please let us know by contacting help@kiddolingo.co within the day of purchase. Any notice after the day of purchase will be rejected as your order processing will have already commenced and therefor are unable to cancel your order. You may send it back to us for a full refund once you receive it.
